Orders & delivery

When will my order ship?
Kuwait orders ship within 1–2 days. GCC orders ship within 2–5 days.

How long does delivery take?
Kuwait: 1–2 working days. GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 2–5 working days.

How much is delivery?
Kuwait: 1 KD, free on orders of 50 KD or more. GCC: 10 KD, free on orders of 100 KD or more.

Do I pay customs duties?
For GCC orders, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are paid on arrival.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled. For any other questions about your order, message us on WhatsApp.

Payment

How can I pay?
We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through MyFatoorah.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate; your bank converts the final amount.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, including sale items. Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will arrange your exchange.

Who pays for return delivery?
A delivery fee applies to returns within Kuwait. GCC customers cover return shipping, including any duties.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Products & sizing

How do I choose my size?
Our pieces are true to size, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Will a sold-out piece come back?
Not all pieces are restocked. If you are looking for something that has sold out, message us on WhatsApp.
