Refund policy

Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Sale items can also be returned.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return delivery
Kuwait: a delivery fee applies to all returns.
GCC: customers cover return shipping, including any duties and fees.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away so we can put it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us on WhatsApp at +965 9998 0938 or email info@form101.co and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.
